  • Physical Profile: PULHES 111111; meet height/weight standards (AR 600-9).
  • Fitness: Minimum 180+ on APFT/ACFT (60+ per event); highly recommended 270+ APFT or 540+ ACFT with 90+ per event.

The Diver Physical Fitness Test (DPFT) on DA Form 5030

  • Swim 500 yards in under 12:30 (breaststroke or sidestroke only) → 10 min rest.
  • 50 push-ups in 2 minutes or less (plank rest position allowed).

Engineer Diver Training Pipeline

Selected Soldiers attend:
